Pancakes & Catan
Yesterday was a different day than the previous ones... I actually went shopping, for the first time in weeks, maybe even months. I considered it to be shopping anyway, haha! I didn't went for clothes, because I'm done with that, but I went on a search for new stationary. Well, I didn't come home with stationary, I can tell you that much, haha! But in all the 'creative-sections' of the stores that I went to, I found lots of other beautiful & useful things... scrapbook stuff, stickers, little feathers & more. I loved it all!! And in the end I spent very little money, but it made me sooo happy! As if I had spend 1.000.000 dollars on shoes.
On top of this we had pancakes in the evening... mmm!! It weren't actually pancakes, but little crêpes with raisins and apple. Very delicious! And after dinner we played the Settlers of Catan together. Quite a happy family, haha! (Although I hate board games... but that's a secret of course! ;))
Today was nice.. a little bit of nothing... except for the joy of receiving an email message from my beloved Juan!~* Twice! Hahaha. The not so fun part is that she isn't feeling so well though.. I am so sorry! So Juan, if there's anything I can do for you, please let me know! Your snail mail will be on it's way soon, probably tomorrow. Hopefully it can cheer you up! But you have to wait another week for it to arrive... hmmm. I'll email you on the days in between ;).
One other great moment today was the time I found two letters in my mailbox! Yay!! They came from new girlies, and I wonder what the correspondence will lead to this time. I can't wait to reply to them! Tonight Suzanne is coming to visit though. I'm looking forward to this very much! I haven't talked to her in a long time, and quite a lot has happened the past 2 weeks.. So it'll probably be a very nice evening :)!

Snail Mail~*
Another snail-maily-day... I have no idea how I'm going to keep up with all this writing! Since I've decided to start my own magazine I have been behind the computer non-stop. I'm writing e-mails, posting questionnaires... The thing is driving me crazy, yet I can't shut it down, haha. Well, I have to say that I do like my days like this. No pressure, or anything of the sort. Although I do miss the Latin & Greek challenge. But still, nothing needs to be finished. I can play the piano whenever I want. It's great.
I'm still busy reading Harry Potter & The Chamber of Secrets. And still loving it! I can't believe I've ignored the books for all these years, haha. And in a couple of weeks the new movie will be released too! What can I say, I just really hope there'll be some kissing going on between Ron & Hemione... :)
The Rock has just started. One of the most exciting movies I know. I'd better go and watch it! Goodnight everyone.

Beautiful weather
Well, today was a very nice day actually...
We got up very early this morning to go to the forest (well, not THAT early... but still, for a Sunday ;)) which was such a good decision! The weather is so beautiful over here, I just can't believe it's October. Sometimes it's hotter outside than it is inside, almost the same as in summer. My mum and I lunched in the garden every day last week! :)
Mmm, on top of this there's not much going on. I've watched 'Dancing with the Stars' yesterday, of course. It was a great show again. I loved both the finalists, which is something that doesn't happen to me often at all, haha! Usually I have this one huge favorite, but last night, they were both equally cute. They both deserved it! (Oh, by the way, Dancing with the Stars is a TV-show in which they make famous Dutch people -who have never danced before- do ballroomdancing with professional dancers. And as you all know, I LOVE ballroomdancing! ;))

I actually used to have a weblog in Dutch, but I stopped updating it regularly, and by now I figured I might as well start a new one in English. (After all, my Dutch friends can read English, but my English friends can't read Dutch ;))
